Bioinfo oh Bioinfo..

Selamat menjalani exam buat teman2 bioinfo ku sekalian.. finally 2nd sem of third year will end..
gambar2 ini adalah sebahagian dr pelajar bioinfo yg telah bermustautin dlm lab selama satu hari.. huhu..dan akhirnye, tepat jam 5:40pm kami telah menghantar thesis kepada ISB dn penyelaras bioinfo.. fell free..thanks Allah for make every thing going smoothly.. printer pon x wat hal, staple dan salotep pon kemas, dn so on..alhamdulillah.. focus lps ni..exam..hahah..cik ira sudah wat temujanji nak study perl same2.

Hari ini Alia buli saye
|
|
Alia itu telah membuli saya dengan beberapa cara:
1- Die tidak memberikan sebahagian roti yg dibeli di pasar malam itu ketika memakannya..
2- Die tidak mahu makan lagi sehingga sudah jam 1:30pm, ia menyebabkan perutku hampir klimax ke keroncong
babai alia..gurau2 aje..nanti hang sudah mahu melenyapkan diri dr dunia UM ini sementara waktu ini....tp kalau hg grad, jgn lupe BSC ya!! (p/s- tlg jadi Unit Khidmat Pelanggan) 
this alia- insan bertudung hitam itu
alia itu di sebelah kiri gambar..disebelah kanan basyirah pula adalah amie- die itu pun suke buli saye, tp skrg suda jarang insiden itu berlaku..di sebelah ami itu pula namanya noni hidayah, die itu adalah gadis lemah lembut..meskipun begitu, tiada siapa yg berani membuli die
ooh! gambar ini dirakamkan ketika usia muda dahulu..2 tahun lepas 
alia itu sgt suke bergambar..hehe.ini ketika berada di MGI UKM.. alia telah diapit oleh 2org staff yg baik hati telah memberi tunjuk ajar pada kami
lawatan x rasmi ke UM- alia masih mengekalkan tudung hitamnye-
candid gambar alia tgh cakap
akhirnye..dapat jugak ku temu fizah dn yana dlm pertemuan serba indah ini

Di kesempatan yg amat menensionkan ini, setelah aku berhempas pulas menyiapkan thesis sampai tido kul1 lebih tiap malam, akhirnye semalam selepas hnta draft, prof bg komen yg serba sedikit aku rasekan menambahkan mutu pembaikan thesis aku, ya.. dan mlm td serta pagi ini, aku terpakse menjulingkan mata di depan laptop utk wat thesis lagi..user manual sgt byk, very important as to guide user using the system.. buat para pelajar yg bakal membuat thesis, sila hantar draft anda dgn kadar segera supaya anda boleh memberi peluang pada diri anda berfikir dgn tenang..

Lumut and Pangkor:)

Salam..
Walaupun dah hampir 4 bulan lalu ke Pangkor, tibe2 rs rindu nak tgk gambar tu balik..Hahaa.. Happy sgt kat sane.. But we all hny berlima. Atikah xdpt ikut, ade program..(org bz la katekan).. then kami gi sane pd 12 Dec 2008 (masih ingat tarikh ini krn kalau x tunang time ni, tp tunda krn umi kene peg lumut)..
nyummy..!! ban ini siap ditapau lagi utk dimakan dlm bilik..hehhe
memule gi lumut, bermalam di hotel orient star, ade jumpe kenalan baru,die buat practical kat hotel tu, her name is awin.Orgnye sweet and very ladies like, lembut, tinggi kurus, kerje kemas dn cekap  ..same umur jugak, 22tahun sekarg. hopefuly she enjoy her life rite now. Then esoknye abah bawak kitorg gi Pulau Pangkor memandangkan kakak xpenah peg lagi..ok la naik feri tu, ambik2 gambar siket, then smpai pangkor, jalan2 tepi pantai..bergambar kat buai, kat batu..hahaha..mmg best! rs tenang dn gembire! kakak sbuk cri ole2 kat pangkor.

Then gi teluk batik, agak ramai manusia ciptaan Allah di kala itu. mmg penuh, kami pon cari port yg sesuai utk berteduh.. erm.nampaknye ayid hazim dh x sabar gi mandi sungai..abah pun menyusul.kakak pun same..then...aku pulak..tgallah izzah yg terpakse berkorban utk menjaga barang2 yg tak kurg berharganya..time mandi2 basah2 siket tu, ade abg tu tegur, offer nak naik jet ski die, dgn ayid hazim..kene bayar berapa tah..rm15 tak silap..aku yg da lama menyimpan keinginan utk naik jet ski pun ape lagi, terus peg kat abah mintak duit..huhu tahu ape jawapan abah.."angah naik jet ski tu nnt org tu suke la..angah duk peluk die sbb tak mau jatuh..xpyhla naik, nnt esok dah kawin, pi la naik dgn suami ke..xpe jugak.." huhu terkilan aku..terpakse aku telan saje keinginan ku demi pesanan abah itu..oleh yg demikian, aku tak jadi pulang ke pantai kerana berasa malu pd abg yg ofer td..so, aku gi toilet for tukar pakaian..

task pertama: kene sumarizekan journal yg sebanyak 31 halaman bercetak ini kepada 2ms A4 size..
jom bedah buku..
Selama ni, yg kite paham, tahu ambik gambar, edit je kan.. ni dlm pembelajaran pada minggu ini, nak belajar pasal bagaimana kite nk proses data2 sains yg bergambar ni. (sebenarnye i'm in learning proces, so if there is mistakes, please correct me)..
Ok..utk aplikasi teknikal dn saintifik, a wide range of quantities can be imaged and become accessible for spatial measurements (sorry la yer, campo2 bahasa- maklumla, kalau susah nak translate dlm bm, bi je la...) Jadinye, ade beberapa contoh yg menunjukkan betapa sesuainya optical setups ni dikombinasikan dgn image processing techniques:

cakap geometric ni, apa kah di fikiran anda? adkh spt saya yg memikirkan pasal matematik?hehe merepek je.. ok, gurau2 aje. geometric ni, dia utk dikira cthnya spt, saiz penyebaran pigments particles dan jugak bubles (buih).. ianya juga utk mengira dan menentukan bilangan sel dlm biorektor..mst anda ade yg pelik, aiyoo..buat ape mau kire buih2 itu semua?haa,, ni la jawapannye, sbb sains ini, sgt details.. jadi kite nk mengetahui maklumat yg lebih mendalam mengenai sesuatu particles atau buble tu..maklumat2 ni amt berguna. jadi contohnye kalau kite menggunakan elektron mikroskopi, kite mestilah shoot posisi terbaik bg pigments2. kerana, The quality and properties of paint are largely influenced by the size distribution of
the coloring pigment particles. Therefore, a careful control of the size distribution
is required.
partikel2 ni kecik kenonot je kalau nak tgk bawah mikroskop biase. x nampk pun kuman2 ni. jadinye, bile dgn menggunakan electron microscope, after di separatekan partikel dgn background, kite boleh melihat yg partikel2 ni lebih kearah nk membentuk clusters. dn bile dah membentuk clusters, overlaying pulak tu each other.. aiyaa..
jadinye, utk proses kan imej ni, perlu ade bbrp langkah,
1. Identify non-separable clusters
2. Identify overlaying particles and separate them
3. Count the remaining particles and determine their size
4. Compute the size distribution from several images
5. Estimate the influence of the clusters and non-separable particles on size distribution

waa..nak nangis..rs hidup sbg student amat kejam d saat2 genting camni. Mule la rs xmau belaja dah, xjadi niat nk ambik master la..krn fobia dgn saat2 camni.. sgt2 byk assignment dn practical..
plg mengerunkan, documentation THESIS..mau submit 10 April...tu dah kene hanta... tp, dgn longokan asignment (lecturer ni dah saat2 nak kene submit THESIS ni pun nak bagi org byk keje lagi).. sgt2 tertekan...
